Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: normal preoperative cardiopulmonary function, ECG and electrolytes; HR-corrected QT interval (QTc interval) <440 ms; no neurological and psychological related diseases; no history of nalbuphine or other opioid allergy; consent to cooperate with this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: patient refusal to participate; preoperative electrolyte abnormalities; preoperative ECG suggestive of bradycardia, conduction block, or other arrhythmias; use of drugs that prolong the QT interval (e.g., antiarrhythmics, beta-blockers, antidepressants, phenothiazines, etc.); previous coronary artery disease and other cardiovascular diseases.
