Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent conical hysterectomy in elective surgery; 2. Patients with ASA grade I-II; 3. Age 18-65 years; 4. BMI 18.5~30
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with long-term benzodiazepine use; 2. Patients with severe hypertension, coronary artery disease, and abnormal electrocardiogram; 3. Psychiatric patients; 4. Hypoproteinemia; 5. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. Patients with asthma and COPD
