Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation due to cardiac arrest in the People's Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from November 2022 to June 2023, aged 18-80 years, all met the diagnostic criteria of CA and ROSC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with immune system diseases, Alzheimer's disease, malignant tumors and chronic liver diseases, end-stage of various diseases, primary coagulation system abnormalities, respiratory and cardiac arrest caused by natural death factors, and patients with severe infection, shock and severe trauma within 1 week before onset of illness. Patients who took other experimental drugs or participated in other clinical trials in the 3 months prior to enrollment, and patients and their family members who withdrew from the trial
