Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with traumatic brain injury, age from 28 days to 18 years, GCS<= 13

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with hemophilia, tumor, congenital metabolic disease, immune function defect or severe extracranial disease.
