Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 40 female patients with left breast cancer, aged <= 65 year, who received radiotherapy for the first time in our hospital were randomly selected from November 2022 to May 2023

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preexisting ischemic heart disease, arrhythmias, heart failure, or significant valvular heart disease (defined as more than mild valvular regurgitation or stenosis).
