Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as follows: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis: (1) Recurrent knee pain in the past month; (2) X-ray films (standing or weight-bearing position) showed narrowing of joint space, subchondral bone sclerosis and/or cystic changes, and formation of osteophytes at articular margins; (3) Joint fluid (at least twice) was clear and viscous, WBC = 40 years); (5) Morning stiffness W30min; (6) There is a bone fricative sound in the activity. Combined with clinical, 1+2 or 1+3+5+6 or 1+4+5+6 can be diagnosed as knee joint OA. Or meet the diagnostic criteria of hip arthritis: (1) Recurrent hip pain in the past month; (2) ESR < 20 mm/h; (3) X-ray showed osteophytes; (3) X-ray showed narrow hip space; Combined with clinical, 1+2+3 or 1+2+4 or 1+3+4 can be diagnosed as hip OA. 2. With nerve pain; 3. Those who can obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years; 2. Hip or knee surgery in the past six months; 3. Severe neurological, cognitive, or psychiatric disorders.
