Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First occurrence of thrombus; 2. Patients with mixed or central DVT confirmed by color ultrasound or angiography; 3. Onset time < 2 weeks; 4. The patient or legal representative agrees to the surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to anticoagulation; 2. Life expectancy < 2 years.
