Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I-II; 3. Unilateral upper limb surgery under brachial plexus block; 4, BMI 18-30 kg/m2; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental illness or take psychotropic drugs; 2. Sinus bradycardia or atrioventricular block; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Contraindications of anesthetic drugs in this study; 5. Have sleep apnea syndrome; 6. Systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg.
