Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patients who need indwelling urinary catheter; 2. Aged at least 18 years; 3. Imwelling catheterization is expected to exceed 14 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant drugs; 2. Patients with malignant tumors, patients with hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases or immune defects; 3. History of structural urinary tract diseases (such as prostatic hyperplasia, urinary calculi, urethral malformation, etc.); 4. Patients who have undergone indwelling catheterization for more than 48 h before admission; 5. Patients with urinary tract infection or recessive infection existing before being admitted to icu; 6. Patients with acute and chronic kidney function injury.
