18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the SMT-MPs < 16 mm, confirmed by EUS; 2. Patients who understand and agree to the research protocol, willing to accept ESD or Precutting EBLR and sign the informed consent form; 3. Patients aged from 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with several contraindication who should not undergo endoscopic procedure, including heart and lung dysfunction, intolerance of endoscopic procedure, high-risk patients of shock and GI tract perforation, patients with mental illness, patients with severe and critical health condition, patients with esophageal injury in a acute phase and patients with severe coagulation disorders in high risk of bleeding; 2. Pregnant patients and patients with advanced cancer; 3. Patients who are allergic to Lidocaine Hydrochloride Mucilage and dimethicone.
