Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First brain trauma or cerebral hemorrhage; 2. The course of disease was 2-10 months; 3. Comply with the clinical diagnosis of UWS, MCS and EMCS; 4. Able to cooperate with EEG examination and tDCS treatment; 5. Sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Obvious traffic or obstructive hydrocephalus; 3. Serious brain stem injury or injury is limited to the brain stem; 4. Severe convulsion (causing serious EMG interference); 5. There are contraindications to the treatment of tDCS (such as epilepsy, intracranial metal foreign bodies, skin damage at the stimulation site, etc.).
