Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those aged between 20-40 years volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension; 2. Those who participate in moderate intensity exercise for more than two hours per week; 3. People with stroke, severe heart disease, diabetes, neuromuscular disorders that prevent them from participating in physical activity; 4. People with kidney or bladder stones; 5. Persons with cardiac arrhythmia, pacemakers or severe cardiovascular disease; 6. Persons with epilepsy, rheumatoid arthritis; 7. Implantation of artificial joints in the last six months, recent surgery; 8. Migraine, acute thrombosis and hernia; 9. Persons who have engaged in strenuous exercise or muscle pain within 24 hours prior to the experiment; 10. Any other reason for physical discomfort during the experiment; 11. Excessively obese individuals with a BMI > 30 and subjects weighing more than 100 kg.
