18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years (inclusive), regardless of gender; 2. Patients who meet the surgical indications and plan to undergo laparoscopic or robotic radical splenectomy of the pancreatic body and tail; 3. ASA grade I-III; 4. Patients and family members can understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in the study, and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of major upper abdominal surgery, such as splenectomy, gastrectomy, liver resection, duodenectomy, colectomy or pancreatectomy, excluding laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. History of abdominal and pelvic radiotherapy; 3. Patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy for abdominal malignant tumors; 4. Pancreatic trauma; 5. Severe organ dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs and intolerant to surgery.
