18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Healthy volunteers; 3. C1-C6 type of CVD patient; 4. BMI is 18-30 kg/m2; 5. Willing to follow the research procedure and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with deep and superficial venous thrombosis of lower limbs; 2. Patients with arterial occlusive disease of lower extremities; 3. Vein ulcer or obesity affecting ultrasound examination; 4. Patients who cannot stand on one leg.
