Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male, aged 45-80 years (not including 80); 2. Clinical diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with typical lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS): frequent urination, dysuria, posturination dribbleb and/or incomplete urination, etc; 3. Including the first visit and treated patients, the doctor evaluated the need for at least one anti-BPH drug or surgical treatment; 4. Smart phone or tablet computer can be used for information filling; 5. Agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lower urinary tract symptoms due to urethral stricture, calculi, or space-occupying lesions; 2. Presence of known neurogenic or congenital lower urinary tract dysfunction, or anatomical abnormalities of the urinary tract, such as bladder or urethral diverticulum, ectopic ureteral orifice, etc.; 3. Presence of other serious diseases, such as malignant tumors, heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, etc., which may affect the follow-up; 4. Estimated inability to cooperate with follow-up visits.
