60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinicopathological diagnosis was gastrointestinal cancer; 2. First diagnosis of cancer; 3. Aged >= 60 years; 4. The estimated survival time is more than 6 months; 5. Clear their own condition; 6. Can understand and answer the questions correctly, can complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of the investigator; 7. Informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Existing mental disease or consciousness disorder; 2. Combined with other serious life-threatening diseases, such as severe heart, liver, renal insufficiency, respiratory failure and other patients; 3. Circumstances requiring early termination of follow-up: (1) Any adverse events seriously affecting patients' daily life and work occurred during the study; (2) Subjects died; (3) The patient refused to continue to participate in the study.
