Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing upper limb surgery whose anesthesia method is ISB,the operation time is 1-6 h; 2. ASA I -III; 3. Aged >18 years; 4. BMI 18-30 kg/m2; 5. Can cooperate to complete nerve block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diaphragmatic paralysis; 2. Patients who allergic to local anesthetic drugs; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction who cannot accept nerve block; 4. Those with abnormal anatomy or who have received chest or lung surgery; 5. Patients with pacemakers installed; 6. Patients with serious systemic diseases; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Severe lesions and traumas in the chest and spine,lesions in surgical incisions and skin related parts, severe chest malformations, and inability to fix EIT bandages.
