Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses returning to work after childbirth; 2. Subjects who can understand Chinese and speak Putonghua; 3. The subjects who can complete the relevant questionnaire independently; 4. Volunteers for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have participated in the research of other related subjects; 2. Subjects receiving psychorelated therapy currently.
