Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with mechanical ventilation lasting for more than 48 hours and passing the screening of spontaneous breathing test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe nervous system diseases; 2. Hemodynamic instability; 3. Pneumothorax, abdominal hypertension and a large amount of pleural effusion; 4. Pregnancy status; 5. Patients do not agree to the study.
