Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. Patients who are willing to use a mobile application for recording their health data instead of pen on paper method.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to make their own medical decisions i.e., patients with a low level of mobility, and very young patients; 2. Patients who are unable to use mobile phone applications efficiently.
