Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 obsessive-compulsive disorder; 2. Diagnosed as obsessive-compulsive disorder by a psychiatrist and in a stable recovery period; 3. Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) score >= 6; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent; 5. Aged 18-60 years, junior high school education or above; 6. Willing to cooperate to complete the assessment of relevant scales.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder and need immediate treatment; 2. Patients with organic brain diseases and serious physical diseases; 3. Mental retardation; 4. With a history of substance and drug abuse and dependence.
