30 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subject has full self-behavior capacity, aged 30-75 years, male or female; 2. Subject is willing to provide stool specimen and accept colonoscopy; 3. Subject agrees to participate in this study, and is willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject has history of colorectal cancer or medication or surgery treating colorectal cancer; 2. Subject has history of colorectal polyp or advanced adenoma; 3. Subject has severe intellectual disability or language communication difficulty, or severe functional disorder in heart, brain, lung or liver; 4. Subject has severe ulcerative colitis; 5. Subject asks to withdraw from this study; 6. Subject ineligible for this study as peer reviewed by researcher.
