Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. ACC/AHA heart failure stage B and above; 3. Mechanical ventilation time >= 24 hours; 4. The primary disease is under control; 5. The respiratory condition was stable, P/F > 150-200 mmHg, PEEP = 7.25; 6. Stable hemodynamics, systolic blood pressure 90-160mmHg, heart rate < 140 times/min, no vasoactive drugs or vasoactive drugs dose is small (NE <= 0.05 ug/kg/min); 7. Good airway protection ability (good cough reflex, less sputum volume, sputum aspiration frequency < 3 times in the past 8 hours); 8. Informed consent has been obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. GCS < 13; 2. No spontaneous breathing; 3. Tracheotomy; 4. The air bag leakage test is positive; 5. Poor airway protection ability; 6. patients whose condition cannot be reversed or in terminal state; 7. Patients who participated in other trials.
