Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Resident population in Beijing for more than 5 years; 2. Agde >= 18 years, no gender or racial restrictions; 3. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for dry eye developed by DEWS II: Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) score >= 13 points, Tear film Break-up Time (TBUT) < 10 seconds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Using artificial tears other than aqueous supplementation; 2. Undergoing treatment such as intense pulsed light 3. Wearing corneal contact lenses; 4. Suffering from eye or systemic infection and being treated with local or systemic antibiotics; 5. Had a history of systemic disease affecting ocular surface function, such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Sjogren syndrome etc.
