Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Term infants or preterm infants with corrected gestational age greater than 35 weeks; 2. With bloody stool as the main symptom, abdominal film suggested gas accumulation in the intestinal wall; 3. The age of onset was less than 28 days or the corrected gestational age was = 93%; 7. No systemic poisoning symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is critically ill and the clinical condition is unstable; Neonatal need to use vasopressor > 10 ug/kg/min; Respiratory and circulatory support is required; 2. Imaging examination showed: diffuse gas accumulation in the intestinal wall, gas accumulation in the liver area or the portal vein system inside and outside the liver, pneumoperitoneum, ascites or peritonitis like changes; . 3. Children with congenital developmental abnormalities, chromosomal abnormalities or genetic metabolic diseases; 4. History of antibiotic application within 48 hours before bloody stool; 5. Parents refused to participate in the clinical study.
