Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to accept painless gastrointestinalscopy (upper, lower, or both); 2. Aged 18 years and above; 3. ASA grade I-III grade; 4. Patients who agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of upper respiratory tract infection in the past week; 2. Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or with acute attack of asthma; 3. Patients with oxygen saturation less than 90% when inhaling air; 4. History of allergy to eggs, soy, albumin or sedatives; 5. Patients with nasal obstruction caused by various causes can not effectively inhale oxygen through the nose; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Other patients assessed by anesthesiologists as unable to tolerate anesthesia.
