Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Only if all the following conditions are met at the same time can be included in the group: 1. Aged 1-14 years (not including 1); referring to the diagnostic criteria of "Children's Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Diagnosis and Treatment Standards" (2018 edition), diagnosed as acute lymphoblastic leukemia in our hospital Cell leukemia patients who have not yet received chemotherapy; 2. Have not used antibiotics or any intestinal flora regulating drugs within 1 week before starting chemotherapy; 3. Signed informed consent and cooperated with specimen collection; 4. Did not interrupt or give up treatment.
