18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar degenerative diseases patients with surgical indications (including spondylolisthesis, lumbar instability, lumbar spinal stenosis, etc.); 2. Single segmental fusion of lumbar spine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lumbar surgery; 2. History of opioids to control pain; 3. People who need multi-segmental fusion surgery; 4. People who are allergic or intolerant to the interventional drugs we use; 5. People with severe liver, kidney and cardiovascular disease; 6. People who refuse to participate.
