Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar spinal stenosis with surgical indications (typical clinical symptoms, such as intermittent claudication; imaging shows that the sagittal diameter of the spinal canal is less than 12mm); 2. Single segmental stenosis; 3. Aged > 18 years (male or female).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of spinal surgery; 2. Patients with simple disc herniation; 3. Combined with unstable lumbar spondylolisthesis; 4. Patients who need internal fixation; 5. There are severe liver disease, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease; 6. People who refuse to attend.
