18 Years to 84 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Allogeneic kidney transplant recipient; 2. Aged 18-84 years; 3. Body mass index BMI 18-28kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe neuropsychiatric disease; 2. Preoperative combined with severe respiratory or circulatory dysfunction; 3. Used benzodiazepines or opioids within one month; 4. Those with contraindications or allergy to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol and their components; 5. Patients with difficult airways.
