2. Severity: Mayo score, Truelove & Witts score, Mayo endoscopic score and Degree of Ulcerative colitis Burden of Luminal INflammation (DUBLIN) score.
Index test:Complete blood count: WBC, NEUT%, LYMPH%, MONO%, EO%, BASO%, NEUT, LYMPH, MONO, EO, BASO, HGB, RBC, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW-CV, RDW-SD, PLT, MPV, PDW, PCT, P-LCR.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of "ulcerative colitis" of the International Classification of Diseases code; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Have complete results of colonoscopy and complete blood count.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical data; 2. Combination of other inflammatory diseases; 3. Combination of benign or malignant tumors, cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 4. Combination of hematological disorders or use of drugs that affect blood coagulation within the past 3 months.
