Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First-visit patients with headache as the chief complaint; 2. Voluntarily sign the informed consent from the patient side of the system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without headache complaint; 2. Revisited patients who were not the first visit; 3. Information registration cannot be completed due to any circumstances; 4. Patients who could not cooperate with information entry or refused to be included in the group.
