Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who needed subclavian vein catheterization for various reasons; 2. Aged 0-18 years; Gender is not limited; 3. Weight is more than 1.5kg; 4. There is no contraindication of central venous catheterization; 5. Obtain informed consent from family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. It is difficult or unclear to display the subclavian vein under ultrasound; 2. Subclavian vein catheterization already exists; 3. Need to retain CVC urgently; 4. Subclavian vein thrombosis; 5. The puncture site has infection and skin lesions.
