Control group:Traditional propaganda and education, dorsiflexion and plantar flexion function exercise of ankle (Frequency: 30-60 times/min, 2min/h, except sleep)
Experimental group:By wearing the ankle pump counter system developed by our team, the ankle pump plan was sent to the patients' terminal, and patients carried out active dorsal extension and plantarf

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 41-60 years old; 2. Orthopedic postoperative patients at intermediate to high risk for VTE were assessed by the Caparini assessment form; 3. The general condition and mental condition are good; 4. Coordination with treatment; 5. Good compliance; 6. Informed consent is signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were unable to complete ankle pump exercises; 2. VTE was definitely diagnosed; 3. Severe motor ability limitation; 4. Complicated with serious cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney diseases; 5. Language communication disorders, Alzheimer's disease or cognitive impairment; 6. Reluctance to participate.
