18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged > 18 years with end-stage renal disease (both male and female); 2. Routine hemodialysis (2-3 times a week for at least 3 months); 3. It meets the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 for non-organic insomnia and "ZY/T001.1-94 for Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases and Syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine" for insomnia; 4. Baseline total PSQI score > 7 points; 5. Informed consent of patients; 6. Patients whose condition is relatively stable within 3 months before treatment, with inadvertent, brain, lung and other serious complications; 7. Clear consciousness, can cooperate with auricular acupressure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The skin of the outer ear is damaged, inflamed, malformed or allergic to auricular point patches; 2. Excluded severe hearing, language expression disorders, can not correct respondents; 3. The blood pressure and blood glucose control were not satisfactory during the observation period.
