18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 69 years; 2. Diagnosis of symptomatic/asymptomatic apical periodontitis in previously treated teeth; 3. Good compliance and able to participate in the 12-month postoperative follow-up; 4. Good general condition; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic diseases (diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease, etc.); 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Second or third molars; 4. Teeth with severe periodontitis; 5. Teeth with root fracture,perforated root canals, or root resorption.
