Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Baseline aged >= 18 years; 2. Those with complete personal information such as baseline thyroid hormone indices, abdominal ultrasound, BMI, lipids and medical history; 3. Those without serious cardiopulmonary or renal disease, history of gout, history of malignancy and liver diseases such as autoimmune liver disease, viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, drug-related liver disease at baseline; 4. No long-term heavy drinkers at baseline (>=140 g/week for men and >=70 g/week for women); 5. Those who did not use drugs affecting liver function, antihypertensive, lipid-lowering and uric acid-lowering drugs at baseline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who did not have a follow-up visit; 2. Those who did not perform abdominal ultrasonography during the follow-up visit.
