Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac surgery patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Patients who can cooperate to complete the pedaling exercise test; 4. Circulatory system: the vasoactive drug score remained unchanged within 2 hours and was less than 15 points; there was no myocardial ischemia within 24 hours of cardiovascular stability; 50 times / min = 92%; 10 times / min < RR < 35 times / min; 6. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate to complete the pedaling test; 2. Patients with frequent postoperative arrhythmias; 3. Patients with deep hypothermic circulatory arrest; 4. Patients requiring IABP and ECMO after operation; 5. Pregnant women and parturients; 6. Severe coagulation dysfunction.
