Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Management of Valvular Heart Disease and underwent initial heart valve replacement surgery; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Clear consciousness, memory impairment, ability to understand decision AIDS; 4. Understand the purpose of the research and be willing to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment or mental illness; 2. Patients with severe complications such as hemorrhagic disease.
