Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria of concealed penis were met: (1) The penis was shorter in appearance than that of the peers, but its development was normal; (2) The normal penis was exposed by squeezing the skin of the root of the penis backward, and then retracted rapidly after loosening; (3) Other genital deformities were excluded; (4) Obesity caused the body of the penis to be partially buried under the prepubic fat; 2. All patients received surgical treatment; 3. The patient's primary guardian gave informed consent to the choice of analgesia; 4. The patient aged < 14 years; 5. The informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with other serious heart, liver and kidney diseases; 2. Children with nervous system diseases; 3. Children allergic to narcotic drugs; 4. Mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction; 5. Observers who did not complete the study as required for various reasons, with incomplete observation records; 6. Very poor compliance.
