18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial mass patients who are not treated surgically and are treated with radiation only, including brain metastases and primary brain tumors; 2. Evaluation at radiotherapy follow-up suggests cognitive decline; 3. Head CT or MRI suggest ventricular enlargement (EI >= 0.3 or z-EI > 0.42); 4. Lumbar wear manometry ICP <= 200 mmH2O and routine cerebrospinal fluid parameters are normal; 5. Tap test (+) or tap test (-) but the symptoms are progressively worse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous or present history of other central nervous system disorders, including but not limited to: head trauma, cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, etc.
