Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged > 60 years who need elective non cardiac surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient could not cooperate to complete the comprehensive cognitive assessment, and the patient refused to sign written informed consent.
