Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-79 years (including boundary value), regardless of gender; 2. Patients with clinical manifestations consistent with coronary heart disease and successfully treated with PCI 3. Agree to participate in the trial, and can adhere to follow-up, go to the hospital on their own; sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to use intelligent management system; 2. NYHA cardiac function grade IV; 3. Unstable condition or complications after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) during hospitalization; 4. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke, heart failure and severe arrhythmias (high atrioventricular block, ventricular tachycardia) within 3 months; 5. Chronic renal insufficiency (creatinine > 265 umol/L). 6. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 7. Complicated with other diseases that are not suitable to participate in the trial, such as thyroid diseases, acute infectious diseases, mental and psychological diseases, and a history of tumor diseases within 5 years; 8. The spouse has participated in the study
