18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction were treated with PCI with TIMI blood flow level 0~2 within 12 hours of onset; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous diagnosis of myocardial infarction; 2. Patients with suspected or previous allergy to sulfur hexafluoride; 3. Pregnant women and lactating women; 4. It is expected that the follow-up cannot be completed; 5. Other clinical trials are under way; 6. Persons with intellectual or mental disabilities; 7. Survival less than 2 years; 8. Thrombolysis before PCI; 9. Hemodynamic instability.
