Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary papillary thyroid cancer who received surgical treatment for the first time; 2. No special treatment such as radiotherapy and hormone replacement before surgery; 3. Postoperative routine pathological diagnosis of papillary thyroid cancer; 4. Have complete clinical data; 5. Patients with normal serological inflammation-related indicators; 6. Patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis combined with papillary thyroid carcinoma; 7. Patients who gave informed consent to this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of thyroid cancer of other pathological types; 2. Thyroid cancer patients who have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hormone replacement therapy and other special treatments before surgery; 3. Patients with other systemic malignant tumors (pituitary tumor, colon cancer, gastric cancer, etc.); 4. History of thyroid surgery in the past; 5. Patients with incomplete clinical data or unable to cooperate with the whole research stage; 6. Patients with inflammation, coronary atherosclerosis, cerebral ischemia and other diseases that have been clearly reported to affect the expression of NLRP3; 7. Those who cannot give fully informed consent due to intellectual or behavioral disabilities.
