Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with hip/knee osteoarthritis include: hip osteoarthritis, congenital hip dysplasia (Crowe type I-II), femoral head necrosis, knee osteoarthritis, etc.; 2. Patients who underwent total hip/knee arthroplasty in the Department of Orthopedics and Joint of our hospital; 3. Hemodynamic stability during and after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hip and knee joint infection in the past or before surgery; 2. Complicated with severe anemia or abnormal coagulation; 3. Use anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs.
