Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for infertility and the syndrome differentiation criteria for liver stagnation and Qi stagnation in traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Aged 22-45 years; 3. COH was performed with an antagonist regimen; 4. Basal FSH = 0.5 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other endocrine diseases, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction, etc.; 2. Patients with allergic history or contraindications to drugs used; 3. Persons suffering from mental diseases; 4. Patients treated with other antidepressant Chinese medicine or western medicine.
