Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China in 2016; 2. PD-MCI diagnostic criteria were adopted and revised by Petersen et al.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Various secondary parkinsonism syndromes (including traumatic, toxic, drug-induced, neoplastic, vascular and hydrocephalus, etc.) and Parkinsonism syndrome; 2. Dementia patients; 3. Combined with stroke, craniocerebral surgery and head trauma and other neurological diseases; 4. Patients with total aphasia, hearing and vision impairment; 5. Have taken benhyxol hydrochloride and other drugs that affect cognitive function; 6. There are serious heart, lung, kidney, liver, endocrine system and blood system can lead to cognitive disorders; 7. Severe depression, anxiety and schizophrenia; 8. Not in accordance with the established training or treatment process is not willing to continue to receive training.
