45 Years to 94 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-80 years; 2. Meets the criteria of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction and postinfectious irritable bowel syndrome in the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research on New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine; 3. Patients with no abnormal blood test and liver and kidney function; 4. Patients who signed informed consent and knew about the content of the study 5. Thoracolumbar internal fixation (with or without fusion).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous gastrointestinal diseases; 2. Patients with a previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Recently taking drugs promoting gastrointestinal motility and drugs affecting electrolyte metabolism things.
