20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-60 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists Class I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart or lung disease or psychiatric problems (chronic depression or severe bipolar disorder) before surgery; 2. Patients who continue to take steroids; 3. Chronic opioid users or opioid abusers; 4. Allergic to any drug in the test; 5. Body mass index > 35 kg/m2; 6. Pregnant, lactating or menstruating women; 7. Liver, kidney or heart insufficiency, diabetes, chronic pain history.
